It is currently experiencing significant growth and is looking for a Category Manager to work with one of its key clients in Stoke on Trent. The company's sourcing services range from full outsourcing, where it takes ongoing responsibility for categories, through to traditional consulting and business support, where it works alongside customers developing their procurement function.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering significant savings and innovative procurement solutions achieving sustainable value for customers. A broad range of indirect category experience serving blue chip organisations, preferably across several industry sectors will be a distinct advantage. Ability to work with stakeholders to influence and manage change will be key to this role as will the need to develop and deliver effective change management through the utilisation of appropriate project management tools. Whilst working as part of a team you will need to be a self starter, able to resolve problems and deliver programmes on time and to target.
The salary for this exciting role is up to £40,000.
