Inside Out Purchasing & Supply is currently recruiting on behalf of a well known global manufacturer based in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work for the leading company in its field.
The role is primarily responsible for ensuring that direct materials are purchased at the most competitive prices worldwide, on time and to the required specifications.
The successful applicant would need to have good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, self motivated and a high level of initiative. A background from the automotive, aerospace, rail or general engineering sectors is a must.
Our client is specifically looking for someone with experience of purchasing/ sourcing engineered parts. They are NOT interested in Buyers who have worked with indirect categories.
It is likely the salary on offer will be around £35,000 although this is to be confirmed. |
