  • Your job will be published on this website free of charge and anonymously where job seekers are able to browse and apply for our vacancies.
  • We will also conduct a full database search of candidates currently registered with Inside Out Purchasing & Supply, using our comprehensive search facility.
  • Candidates will be briefed honestly about your company and role including your location and the salary guide you have given us. All candidates are submitted with a guide on their CV which reflects their expected salary for the role as described to them.
  • We will submit a shortlist of candidates and feedback to you about our progress within 5 working days or sooner.
  • On your instruction, we will then schedule interviews within your timescales.
  • If our database search does not yield an appropriate selection of candidates we will advise on a managed advertising campaign and / or a targeted search & selection approach. Please ask your consultant for further information.

What you can do to help us, to help you:-

  • Provide us with a full job and person specification to help with appropriate searching and matching.
  • Provide us with appropriate company background and situational analysis. This will help us to “sell” your vacancy and company to prospective candidates. In a candidate drive, skills shortage market, it is important that your company catches the candidate’s attention.
  • Agree timescales for feedback on initial CV's forwarded. Your feedback will help us to adjust our approach in order to find more appropriate CV’s.
  • Identify and set aside specific dates for interview at the beginning of the process so that we can ensure candidate’s availability prior to forwarding their details.
  • Flexibility with interviews slots (candidates really appreciate early or late appointments to avoid having to take time off work).
  • Comprehensive feedback following interviews. This enables us to offer constructive advice to candidates, which will in turn leave them with a positive impression of your company.
