Inside Out Purchasing and Supply has been engaged by a leading company in their field to recruit a Buyer. Ideal candidates will have experience of using a ERP/MRP system

The Role :

Ensure the timely placing of purchase orders on the assigned suppliers, through company ERP systems as required.
Ensure suppliers costs are managed at levels to meet company targets.
Expedite supplier purchase orders ensuring deliveries are on time and in full.
Record and report on stock outs.
Create and maintain supplier performance records.
Monitor and maintain product delivery schedules and liaise with Sales teams.
Reconcile purchase / supplier invoices resolving any discrepancies.
Liaise with the warehouse teams regarding the schedule of supplier deliveries.
Maintain any relevant purchasing or stock reports.
