Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged to recruit a Buyer / Planner for a leading client based in Berkshire.

Experience of purchasing finished products and stock planning & forecasting is highly desirable.

The Role

Ensure purchase orders raised are on schedule with purchasing and business plans
Maintain stock codes, costs, prices and product data in the company ERP.
Work with warehouse, accounts and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing and maintaining stock levels
Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

Experience:
ERP, MRP
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Data analysis
Understanding of supply chain management procedures
