Requirements :
* Extensive commercial contract experience in Telecommunications / IT services industry
* Experience of Large complex outsourced Services
* Strong Contract negotiations and knowledge of contract law
* Strong commercial and business awareness
* Good Communication skills

Qualifications:
* Educated to Degree standard or equivalent
* Legal degree or commercial / contract related qualifications (CIPS etc)
* ITIL (desirable)
