Inside Out Purchasing and Supply has been engaged by our leading West Midlands based client to recruit a Customer Supply Supervisor

This role links sales and supply chain functions together therefore you will be ensuring customer/accounts managers/sales team are fully integrated regarding communication on order fulfilment and delivery status.

To be considered for this role you be analytical, with a proven experience in Customer Services ideally within a supply chain environment. You must have experience of managing a small team.

Key responsibilities include:

Order Entry/Customer Service
Analysis regarding next 3-5 day order availability
Generates daily shortage report/service level
Develop/coach team as an integrated end to end supply chain members
