Inside Out Purchasing and Supply has been engaged by our Essex based client to recruit for a FM Supply Chain Category Manager. This role comes with an attractive basic salary and car allowance.

Main Purpose of role:

Management of a team of Buyers to ensure that they provide a reliable and outstanding service. Responsible for the management and performance of Suppliers.

To be considered for this role you must have/be

A track record of managing Supplier / third party contractor service delivery performance
Experience in an FM environment from a Supply Chain/Procurement perspective
Knowledge of performance measurement processes, SLAs and KPIs
Understanding of Quality Management Systems and continual improvement processes
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels
Good negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levels
