The successful candidate will manage various food and non-food categories.

To be considered for this role you will have

* Purchasing experience within Food Service, Retail or Wholesale
* Experience of food purchasing
* Experience of working with 3rd party distributors.
* Excellent computer skills including Excel.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Confidence in negotiating
