Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged to recruit a Horticulture Buyer for a rapidly growing client. You must have Horticulture Buying experience to be considered for this role.

The Role :
* Develop category plans to facilitate growth.
* Work with our supplier partners on strategy growth, product development, growing programmes and exclusivity opportunities to gain market advantage.
* Develop growing and dropship programmes with nurseries and growers.
* Work with the internal team and nurseries on managing and ongoing development of the terms and conditions/service level agreements to achieve company objectives and maximise the customer XP.
* Develop plant specifications for the range and processes for checking and maintaining specification against deliverable products.
