Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged to recruit a inventory controller for a leading product distribution company.

This role would ideally suit a graduate looking to start or progress their career within Supply Chain, in addition strong Excel knowledge would be highly desirable.

The Role:

Daily review of recommended orders to ensure they will not result in under/overstocks.
Maintenance of product lead times so that appropriate levels of safety stock are calculated.
Identify and rotate overstocked products back to suppliers.
Update delivery dates in system
Progress daily overdue purchase orders
Expedite out of stock products
Address performance issues with suppliers that are affecting the supply chain.
