Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged to recruit a Logistics Coordinator for a leading manufacturing business.

Responsibilities:

Accurately create and receive stock movements
Produce packed product requirements in the SAP system and book to stock when completed, deal with invoicing queries and planning of production filling line schedules
Coordinate logistics movements between our production sites and external Warehouses by multiple modes of transport (Road, Sea)
Manage customer expectations on order delivery, maintaining regular communication Customer service and logistics responsible in relation to all supply chain issues effecting order delivery
Assist in the processing of customer complaint/ service failures, within the area of supply chain within Company procedures and agreed service levels
Co-ordinate with all plants and 3rd party storage locations to ensure all works orders on time and complete
Checking third party invoices and resolving any claims
Work flexibly and undertake other duties as required by the Supply chain manager
To comply with all Company policies and procedures including those concerning health and safety
Work with the team to ensure the successful further development of SAP and processes
Provide cover to other logistics coordinators and supply chain colleagues
