Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged by a global technology company to recruit an experienced IT/Telco Procurement Manager. To be considered for this role you must have extensive procurement experience in IT Managed Services and/or Telco Managed Services.

The Role :

* Responsible for collation and completion of tender documents, supplier selection and bid support
* Monitor, analyse and verify tender responses
* To lead commercial negotiations with suppliers taking responsibility and ownership for drafting suitable terms and conditions and contract documentation
* Create and maintain go
* Monitor the supplier's performance
* Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholder

Education/Training
* Educated to Degree standard or equivalent
* MCIPS
* ITIL (desirable)

Other technical expertise, experience and knowledge:
* Extensive strategic procurement experience in Telecommunications/ IT services industry.
* Negotiation skills
* Strong commercial and business awareness
* Strong working knowledge of contract law
* Complex Outsourced Services
* Strong Customer focus
* Good knowledge of contracts
* Good understanding of procurement
