Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged to recruit a Senior Buyer for a leading manufacturing company based in Surrey.

In order to be considered for this role candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

* Proven purchasing experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment
* Background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
* Excellent planning, business, analytical and communication skills
* Vendor/Sub-contractor audit experience
* Good relationship and communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent negotiation skills - proven ability
* Influential over internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent attention to detail and understanding of purchasing and stock control
* Degree/MCIPS (Desirable, not essential)
* Demonstrate skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
