Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged to recruit a experienced Senior Food & Beverage Buyer. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract that is highly likely to go permanent.

EXPERIENCE

Senior buying experience in a Food to Go, Food & Drink Retail or Food Service environment
A real passion for Food and Drink product, and a strong understanding of the market
Strong proven track record of New Product Development delivery and implementation
Experience of sourcing outside of the UK & Europe
Experienced in buying from alternative sources of supply and actively able to work with 'non traditional' suppliers/supply sources
