Inside Out Purchasing and Supply has been engaged to recruit a temporary Materials Planner.

The Role :

Ensure component requirements are correct and communicated to suppliers in a timely, professional manner.
Understand and implement any MRP generated messages and amend supplier schedules accordingly.
Update and maintain all relevant system requirements pertaining to the role.
Ensure inventory levels of components under individual control are in alignment with departmental objectives.
Ensure adequate information interchange and interaction with other Supply Chain and Production areas.
Ensure all activities undertaken are in line with current policies and procedures.
Ensure external logistics costs are optimised using normal transportation methods.
